Mobile Patrol

Mobile patrol security uses marked vehicles to conduct regular security sweeps of one or multiple properties at scheduled and randomized intervals. Rather than a stationary officer at a fixed post, mobile patrol officers move continuously — maximizing coverage area and providing visible deterrence across a larger footprint. VMG patrol vehicles are GPS-tracked and officers maintain digital incident logs.

For properties that do not require continuous on-site presence — such as parking lots, HOA communities, retail parks, and large campuses — mobile patrol is significantly more cost-effective. A single patrol officer can cover multiple properties or a large campus that would require several stationary officers.

Patrol frequency is customized based on property type, risk level, and client requirements. Standard patrol programs include several sweeps per shift at scheduled intervals with additional randomized passes. High-risk or incident-prone properties can be scheduled for increased frequency.

When an incident is identified, the patrol officer assesses the situation, responds appropriately (or escalates to law enforcement if warranted), documents the incident in the digital log, and notifies the designated property contact. Incident reports are available to property managers after each event.
