Response times depend on the property location within Miami-Dade and current patrol unit positions. VMG aims to have an officer on scene as quickly as possible following alarm notification. Properties enrolled in VMG mobile patrol programs typically receive faster alarm response as patrol units are already active in the area.

Yes. If a VMG officer arrives on scene and identifies a genuine security event — breach, unauthorized entry, or active incident — the officer contacts Miami-Dade Police or the relevant law enforcement agency and remains on scene to assist. For confirmed false activations, law enforcement is not unnecessarily dispatched.

Yes. Alarm response is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to an existing VMG mobile patrol program. Clients with active mobile patrol contracts receive priority alarm response as patrol units are already deployed in their area.

Yes. A written incident report is delivered to the property owner or manager after every alarm response call. The report documents the response time, scene conditions observed, actions taken by the responding officer, and any follow-up required.
